Welcome to “Aspirations” an exhibition with figurative painting.

14 may - 15 may, 2022

I will show 18 new paintings and some sketches in SkoFabriken, Knislinge.

Milvus Artistic Research Center generously gave me the possibility to work from their beautiful, large studiospace at Skofabriken Knislinge in the fall of 2021 and we are now happy to invite you to the opening 14 may. We open the doors 11:00 saturday 14/5 and we are open until 17:00.

30% of proceeds from any sales will go to MARC’s friends in Ukraine.

My name is Emma Ekstam and I have worked as an illustrator since graduating from Konstfack in 2014. I come from a background in scenicpainting and decorative painting and I often work with cultural historical references in my images.
