Exile in Eden
In early 2020, me and my partner moved from central Copenhagen to the beautiful Swedish forests. Once settled, the eerily peaceful surroundings, probably due to the pandemic, gave way for primal impulses and insights into the bondage of biology. This series of images was made during the pregnancy of our second son.
I made these illustrations with watercolour and graphite on archers cold pressed paper. Most of the motifs are available as prints in my webshop.
